It’s simple!
  1. Book a campsite at prs.mb.ca OR have a private location secured. Have questions? We have the answers – from gear to trip planning, we’ve got you covered.
  2. Choose your reservation dates at enntaant.ca.
  3. Your gear arrives directly at the camping destination; we deliver and set up all the rental equipment.
  4. At the end of your stay, leave the gear at the campsite as you found it. EnnTaant will come and pick up the gear. Just pack your bags, cooler and trash. We’ll take care of the gear you rented.

You will not be charged for damaged gear due to normal wear. However, you will be charged the total retail price of any equipment with significant damage.

If you receive damaged gear before your use, you must contact our Rental Customer Service Team immediately upon arrival. Failure to notify our Rental Customer Service Team of any damage upon delivery may result in fees.

You can change your order until 14 days before your first rental date. Our team can lend a hand via phone or email.

You may cancel and modify an order up to 14 days before your trip.

We understand that sometimes your plans change, and you can cancel or submit changes to your order up to 14 days before your delivery date.
We will contact you directly to reschedule for a later date or provide a full refund. If the rain is light and the ground is not saturated, we can still set up; we will have to cancel or reschedule if it’s too wet.
No. Please pack all your personal items and leave everything as you found it upon arrival.

You do not need to return the gear; we will come to pack up everything on your departure date and preferred departure time – either 11:30 am or 1:30 pm

We do not offer refunds for an early departure; please notify us immediately if you plan on doing so.
You can edit and change your order 14 days before your delivery date. To ensure all customers have an exceptional experience, we require you to return your gear within your scheduled rental period to allow the next customer to receive their gear on time.
Unfortunately, late departures have a domino effect – when you leave the site late, the next person who is scheduled to use the gear will be delayed.
Please note that we are not responsible for any personal gear that you leave accidentally, and we cannot guarantee that we can return it to you. However, we make an effort to get personal equipment returned whenever possible. If you believe you have left your gear, please get in touch with us with as much information as possible to identify your item. The more specific, the more our team can help find your items. Personal gear is only kept in our customer Lost & Found for a maximum of 15 days upon return to our warehouse.
